Which formats do I get?

The files attached to the product, such as EPUB and an accessible PDF. The format list is on each product page.

My download link expired.

Open Your Purchases or use the recovery form. A new link is free.

I unsubscribed from emails. Can I still get my book?

Yes. Unsubscribing stops updates. It never removes a purchase.

Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable. A refund, if one is issued, stops future downloads and does not delete a file already saved.
